Skyrim PlayStation VR Bundle Announced

It was just announced earlier yesterday on the PlayStation blog that the VR bundle for the game will be released on November 17, 2018. It includes the PSVR headset, a PlayStation Camera, two PS Move controllers, a copy of Skyrim VR, and a new PSVR demo disc that features demos of 13 titles.

Now that more lengthy titles such as Doom and Fallout are also coming to VR it's actually very possible we could see hardware improvements come at a faster pace.

The bundle is already available for pre-order. This exciting aspect of the game will hopefully make traveling across Skyrim's enormous world far easier and smoother, alleviating some of the awkwardness of VR movement.

Is the Stock Highly Volatile? NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA)
The computer hardware maker reported $1.33 EPS for the quarter, topping the Thomson Reuters' consensus estimate of $0.94 by $0.39. The Kentucky-based Kentucky Retirement System Insur Trust Fund has invested 0.42% in NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA ).

As mentioned, Skyrim VR will include all the content released for the original version of the game.

"Skyrim" is set approximately 200 years after the events of "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion", but it's not a sequel to the game. "For those who have yet to play Skyrim, you are in for massive treat". From battling ancient dragons to exploring rugged mountains and more, Skyrim®VR brings to life a complete open world for you to experience any way you choose. It is up to you, the Dragonborn, to stop them from terrorizing the land. Skyrim VR can be played with either a DualShock 4 or the PlayStation Move controllers. Both arrive on November 17th. There's also new HDR pass-through on the processing unit so you don't have to fumble around with the cables to achieve that feature from your PS4 to your TV.

While the Skyrim VR bundle may be a right proper deal for people with disposal income and $450 to blow just for the sake of it, I still think VR is a long ways away from being a worthwhile consumer endeavor.
