Chiefs' Roy Miller arrested in Jacksonville on battery charge

According to police reports, Miller is accused of dragging his wife by the hair, tearing a braid from her hair, and almost ripping her shirt. Five children, four under the age of 10, were in the house at the time.

Nicole Miller, Roy Miller's wife, told police that after her husband grabbed her by the hair and began pushing her around, he threw her cell phone into the toilet and wouldn't let her go get it. She was also missing hair and her shirt was almost ripped off.

The Chiefs have rotated Miller in more in recent weeks, but even then he only has 6 total tackles in 7 games with the Chiefs.

Roy Miller, 30, was arrested early Saturday in Florida on a domestic battery charge.

No more Marvel TV shows for Netflix
It will be "substantially below" what Netflix costs, Iger said, in part because it will have a more limited library. All are set for the streaming service, which is due to debut online in 2019.

Nicole Miller eventually was able to retrieve the phone and call police.

"This morning we were informed about an incident involving one of our players, Roy Miller", the Chiefs said in a statement.

Police found Roy Miller sleeping inside the bedroom and he agreed to speak to police after being awakened. The Chiefs signed him in August.

There is no other information at this time, but the Chiefs are aware of the incident. Details have yet to unfold here, but these types of situations typically result in a suspension of some kind and for any sort of fringe player, it can usually equal an outright release from the team. In late September, after President Trump criticized protesting National Football League players at a campaign speech in Alabama, Miller placed his hand on the shoulder of well-known anthem protester Marcus Peters. They declined any further comment.
