Couple ticketed for performing sex acts on Delta flight to Detroit

The risky quest to join what's known as the "Mile High Club" has landed two more people in hot water.

A man and woman have been arrested after they were allegedly caught getting frisky on a flight in the US.

They were strangers before the connecting flight, with the 48-year-old woman flying to Nashville, and the 28-year-old man to Miami. A man and woman who were on the flight Sunday night have been issued citations after engaging in some hanky-panky in their seats.

A fellow passenger said: "The act itself is inappropriate in a public space". Another told WDIV, "There are children".

Reports suggest that a major hurdle to the merger wasn't Sprint or T-Mobile directly, but rather the their ownership. The company that has championed unlimited data is now introducing a new plan with unlimited talk, text, and no data.

WDIV reports that airport police issued them citations upon landing in Detroit, and the FBI is now investigating the incident because all suspected crimes that take place in the air are under federal jurisdiction. "There are seniors. These things should be respected".

Former federal prosecutor Peter Henning said he highly doubted that the pair would face criminal charges, and that they would be likely be cited for lewd and lascivious behavior.

"If people will go so far as to disrespect themselves and disrespect you, something should be done", another passenger told the news outlet.
