Monster Hunter: World beta starts in December — and PS4 players get special surprise

Capcom also shared details about Monster Hunter World's upcoming beta, which will kick off on December 9, exclusively for PlayStation Plus users.

The Monster Hunter World website added the game beta's duration would last for a minimum of 3 days, with online mulitplayer requiring a subscription to PlayStation Plus.

Running from December 9th to the 12th, the beta will feature three missions that can be played solo or cooperatively.

Monster Hunter: World introduces a living, breathing ecosystem in which players take on the role of a hunter that seeks and slays ferocious beasts in heart-pounding battles that unfold across the vast ever-changing terrain.

Alvaro Morata suggests he talked to Manchester United AFTER Blues
I should never have left Italy and Juve. "I really like London and if I improve, probably I can stay here more than five years". Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata has allayed fears that he is unhappy at the club, as reported by the Telegraph .

But that's not all, as the PS4 edition of World will also come with some bonus DLC that will be of extreme interest to fans of Guerrilla Games' Horizon Zero Dawn.

Seen in the trailer below, Aloy takes on her signature outfit as she tackles dragons and other monsters - that, frankly, aren't too much bigger than the ones she would take on in her own game. The full armor set will make any player character look like Aloy from head to toe, including facial likeness.

"World", which is the newest installment in the action role-playing video game series "Monster Hunter", follows this year's "Monster Hunter XX" release on the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS.

The content won't be available at launch, but obviously it'll never be released on other formats -because Horizon Zero Dawn is a Sony exclusive. After completing the Horizon Zero Dawn collaboration event quest, which is planned to be distributed to online players post launch, special materials can be obtained to forge collaboration equipment. Littered with the skeletons of deceased monsters, a land of unique and huge creatures awaits amongst this bed of bones. It's gonna be a wild ride, Monster Hunters!
