NYPD to Re-Examine Harvey Weinstein Sexual Assault Probe, Sources Say

Police detectives in New York City and London are taking a fresh look into sexual assault allegations against Hollywood film producer Harvey Weinstein now that some 30 women have accused him of inappropriate conduct. She said that when she rang the bell of Weinstein's Westport, Connecticut, home she was shocked to see him in nothing but the undergarments when he answered the door. The Weinstein Company has launched an internal probe over sexual harassment claims against co-chairman Harvey Weinstein, confirming he has taken an "indefinite" leave of absence.

The Times also said that last week Weinstein sent members of the company board an email saying they knew about those payoffs.

The New York Times earlier reported that McGowan was among the numerous women sexually harassed by Weinstein, who paid McGowan a financial settlement in 1997.

"Some of which ended up with him screaming at me calling me a c** em *Spectre, said she had to fight Weinstein off". In an Instagram post Thursday, Beckinsale says she left the meeting uneasy but unscathed.

Writing in The Guardian, she said: "We were talking on the sofa when he suddenly jumped on me and tried to kiss me".

"At first he started talking about career stuff, and how he wanted to fly me to NY and give me a role in Sarah Jessica Parker's new film", Barth recalled on CNN's New Day morning show.

The bluntest accusation came from Lea Seydoux, an award-winning French film star who wrote a devastating first-person account of her run-ins with Weinstein and others in an industry that essentially turned a blind eye to the abuse. The actress said she applauds the women who have come forward with their stories.

Someone showed off an early iPhone X in public and we're drooling
This isn't the first time we've seen pictures of the iPhone X being used in public now that the phone isn't a secret anymore. The often-reliable CGI analyst has already told investors he expects new iPads to include OLED screen technology in 2018.

"Guys, I'm not doing OK but I'm trying".

Amid the gravity of the situation, the Academy, which has awarded 81 Oscars to Weinstein films produced by Miramax and then the Weinstein Company, announced it would convene a meeting on Saturday to "discuss the allegations against Weinstein and any actions warranted by the Academy".

Weinstein has denied any nonconsensual sexual conduct with any women.

NY detectives already investigated Weinstein once, in 2015, when an Italian model said the studio executive grabbed her breasts and groped her. Detectives set up a sting where they recorded a conversation between the woman and Weinstein while he tried to persuade her to come into his hotel room.

The actress says she said no to Weinstein professionally many times over the years, and that Weinstein would often respond with anger, profanity and threats. "It's really inspiring to see that in a young woman".

The New York Police Department said this morning it will review Weinstein's background "to identify and locate and interview any potential victims" of the famed movie producer. "Our thoughts go out the victims, to those who have had the courage to testify and to all the others".
