"One has to go by the rule of law, not rhetoric", Gupta said, when "invited" by Kejriwal to sort out the issues and bring amendments by sitting across the table "in my chamber". Kejriwal is used to seeking public opinion on important issues, Tiwari said and added "he should come forward for a public debate with us on the problems of Delhi".

Lashing out at lieutenant-governor Anil Baijal for "opposing" a Bill to regularise guest teachers in the city, Kejriwal on Wednesday said, "I am an elected chief minister, not a terrorist". "They (bureaucrats) will follow our orders", he said. He alleged that after being exposed in the guest teachers' case, Kejriwal wanted to complicate the entire case and keep it in litigation, but as a responsible opposition the BJP would not allow him to do so.

The Bill, which was approved by the Delhi Cabinet last week, seeks to regularise 15,000 guest teachers in Delhi government schools.

Baijal on Tuesday, said that the Bill to regularise guest teachers was "beyond the legislative competence" of the Assembly and further asked Kejriwal to reconsider introduction of the legislation in the House.

"The Prime Minister had taken the decision of demonetisation in a Cabinet meeting".

Robertson went from being a closer with the Chicago White Sox to being willing to pitch in any situation at any point in the game. That could end up being in Arizona's wheelhouse since power threats such as 1B Paul Goldschmidt, 3B Mike Lamb and RF J.D.

BJP MLA O P Sharama, who was suspended for making "derogatory" remark against a female AAP legislator, was present in the one-day session of the house, after a gap over about one-and-a-half years.

"Bureaucracy se nahin chalta hain desh, democracy se chalta hain desh".

"The foundation of the Bill is flawed".

Gupta hit back saying Kejriwal may be a good politician, but not a "capable administrator". We are Delhi's masters. In a joint conference, BJP state president Manoj Tiwari and Arvinder Singh Lovely said yesterday the use of unparliamentarily language by the Chief Minister in the Legislative Assembly should be fully condemned.
