Justin Timberlake 'Is Finalizing' Deal to Perform at Super Bowl Halftime Show

Justin Timberlake may be returning to the Super Bowl halftime show, almost 15 years after "nipplegate".

Justin Timberlake is reportedly in talks to "finalise" a Super Bowl deal that will see him return to the sporting event for the first time in 13 years.

Timberlake has not publicly addressed the Super Bowl reports. "As of right now, " Us Weekly's insider said, "it will just be Justin". Timberlake, 35, ultimately apologized, referring to it as a "wardrobe malfunction".

YouTube no more for Amazon Echo Show users
But what's surprising in the spat between Google and Amazon is the extent to which the stories diverge. For now, Google is saying it hopes to reach an agreement with Amazon to resolve the issues soon.

Justin Timberlake could be nearing his Super Bowl encore - despite being at the forefront of one of the most infamous moments in the history of the big game.

Timberlake and his rep have not responded to questions about the report.

Timberlake apologized immediately after what was later revealed as a planned event at the Super Bowl, and distanced himself from Jackson in the aftermath. "Along with Pepsi, we know that we will put on a spectacular show". The group went on to release three multiplatinum albums and scored hits with "I Want You Back", "Bye Bye Bye", "It's Gonna Be Me" and "Pop". Rumors of Jay-Z also being in on the fun still persist, too, following reports that the rap mogul turned down the offer, which the National Football League in turn denied that he denied them. The "Nipplegate" incident shocked TV viewers and ultimately changed the way the halftime shows operate, with the Federal Communications Commission implementing a delay on live broadcasts. But it now appears Jay won't be taking the stage.
