"It is certainly something that I think would be a fireable offense by ESPN".

Scott is a Republican from SC.

"I know that the president has met again with people like Senator Scott who are highly respected leaders in the African American community", Sanders said.

I think she is a talented broadcaster, a provocative writer and one of the brightest stars in the ESPN universe.

The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) on Wednesday came to the defense of ESPN anchor Jemele Hill, who has come under scrutiny for calling Trump a white supremacist. Many have said that to call the president a White supremacist is to cross the line and the subsequent punishment should mirror this, but ESPN is just giving Hill a slap on the wrist. She also tweeted, "Trump is the most ignorant, offensive president of my lifetime". The document was passed by the House and Senate, and calls on the president to officially condemn "white nationalists, white supremacists, the Ku Klux Klan, neo-Nazis, and other hate groups", according to CNN. ESPN has distanced themselves from Hill.

Several readers said they received error messages there, too, when they tried to get a copy of their report. As a result, the personal information of 78.8 million insured customers was stolen.

Hill, an 11-year ESPN veteran, is active and opinionated on social media, as is much of ESPN's talent.

Hill, who is African-American, became the latest public symbol of the nation's political divisions this week after some exchanges on Twitter.

Trump was criticized by both Republicans and Democrats for his handling of the white supremacist march in Charlottesville after he initially blamed the deadly violence "on many sides".

Now, when not getting put in her place by the network, she can be found on Twitter fighting with people who were probably once avid ESPN viewers, but like many have exhausted of the network and stopped watching due to their liberal bias and political injections over the past year. "I have to talk myself out of sending certain tweets several times a day", Hill told Sports Illustrated's Richard Dietsch last month.
