Despite being just one season through his three-year, $70M deal, there have already been rumblings that Hawks big man Dwight Howard is unhappy in Atlanta.

So, technically, he was pulled over the morning of April 28 - roughly 17 hours before tipoff of Game 6.

At 2:06 a.m. that morning an officer saw a blue vehicle speeding on westbound I-285 near Chamblee-Dunwoody Road.

She also had bruises on her leg and shoulder which the police believe "were most likely caused by the incident". The website reports that she is now in stable condition and that police are investigating the incident.

Game 6 of their first round series against the Washington Wizards would be the last time the Atlanta Hawks would be seen in action until next season as they got dismantled by a score of 115-99. Officer E. Taffar stopped Howard's blue 2016 Audi at 2:06 a.m.

According to a police report obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, 31-year-old Howard was pulled over by police in Dunwoody, Georgia, for traveling 95 miles per hour in a 65 miles per hour zone around 2:06 a.m.

Howard's auto was being followed by a black SUV, which police later determined was his personal security detail. Upon questioning Howard, police learned the Hawks center was driving on a suspended registration and without insurance. But Howard was unable to present an insurance card to the officer.
