Tyga Investigated for DUI, Gets Off with a Ticket

The 27-year-old was seen talking to a cop through the window of his custom Mercedes G-Series, which sells for upwards of £90,000 ($112,000).

Cops concluded that Tyga - real name Michael Ray Stevenson - was not intoxicated and let him leave shortly after. Police determined at the station that the star wasn't under the influence, and released him with a ticket for no driver's license or insurance.

For now, the LAPD hasn't specified how the rapper was uncooperative.

The rapper was then led to the back of a police auto, and was taken to the station over a "possible DUI".

There are reports that Tyga was actually arrested, but it's unclear if he was arrested, or just taken into custody at this time.

Obama, Merkel will meet in Germany during Trump's trip to Europe
Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel enjoyed a drink together during the former President's 2013 trip to Berlin . The discussion is being organized jointly by the conference, which is held every two years, and the Obama Foundation.

Police arrested the rapper right there on the spot, but not before Tyga offered up some sort of response to the paparazzi who had gathered at the scene.

She is now said to have caught the eye of two of Tyga's rap peers.

'It's because I had paper plates on my vehicle, ' Tyga reportedly replies. "I just bought it", he added, referring to the vehicle. Indeed, he did have paper plates on the Mercedes G Wagon he was driving.

Footage shows police speaking to Tyga in front of fans before he gets led into the back seat of the police vehicle.

Last year, the rapper faced a warrant out for his arrest after he failed to show up to a court hearing.
