Harris County Man Charged For Possession Of Child Pornography

Timothy Gerbode, 29, reportedly admitted to investigators that he knowingly downloaded child pornography.

A Halifax-area man has been charged with sexually exploiting a disabled child after Nova Scotia RCMP were tipped off about child pornography found on the Internet.

Another man, Jonah Authement, 20, is accused of receiving the files and is charged with cruelty toward a child/promoting sexual performance by a child and obscene communication/computer solicitation.

A search of a home in March turned up evidence related to the investigation.

Female suspects alleged to have been aiding Chicoine in Romania have also been arrested, according to an ICE unit media release issued Friday afternoon.

Danny Ray Murphy, 37, of Milton, made a first appearance today in the U.S. District Court in Pensacola where he was indicted on the above charges. He is next set to appear in court Monday for a bail hearing.
